USE:

The product is a Nylon Double Jacket Rubber Lined Fire Hose

Johnkeans 40D8 is fabricated with a high durability, and low stretch entangled filament polyamide/Cordura fibers over a rubber, ozone proof, E.P.D.M. tube. The product is available with Johnkeans’ innovative PERM-I-DENT II abrasion resistant coating.

PERM-I-DENT II

All Johnkeans woven jacket products are available with their new, outstanding, innovative abrasion resistant coating. PERM-I-DENT II completely condenses the fibers of the jacket, giving a durable, flamboyant color shield against the rigorous treatment that fire hose is exposed to every day.

PERM-I-DENT II has high resistance to mildew growth & bacterial. Also it is able to pass through different harsh testing processes. PERM-I-DENT II was submitted to the Mil-H-24606B Taber Abrader test after production, and it passed the average requirement 6 times better than our competitor hose manufacturers.
